Hi there, Mrs. 1500 again.
I originally started this series thinking I would be able to come up with a ton of things you could make ahead, that would help you save money. I have been a little lax lately, missing the last two weeks. Sorry!
This recipe will make that up, because it is super easy, relatively quick, and can last you all week.
Italian Chicken
Chicken Breast
Italian Dressing (Cheapest you can find works just great)

Take a few pieces of chicken and put them in the bottom of a large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over the chicken and flip it over to make sure it gets on both sides. Repeat until you have no more chicken. Let marinate for at least one hour.
Turn on your grill to medium-high and cook chicken until there is no more pink. Or heat oven to 400º and bake until there is no pink. Let sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy.
I cut this up and put it into a bag in the freezer as soon as it is done. It makes a great dinner on its own with a side of vegetables, or cut up on top of a salad for a nice protein boost. It is super flavorful and makes a very moist chicken breast. Enjoy!

I used to make this as well. It is so easy to throw in wraps, salads, etc.

I love this recipe because it keeps the chicken breast moist, instead of drying it out. Always a plus!
This certainly sounds easy and tasty!
We made your Ranch Chicken recipe last week and thought it was great! That’s definitely on the ‘make again’ list, so thank you.

You are welcome. I found that in a magazine a long time ago. It sounded good, and so easy. Always a plus when you are busy.
This is one of our go-to recipies for summer grilling season. Usually we stock up on chicken when it is cheap at the store. We throw it in a freezer bag with marinade and free them for future use. That way all we have to do is remember to take it a couple nights before to let it thaw and we are ready to go!
An even better suggestion! Thanks for the tip!
Sounds easy and delicious! Can’t wait to try!
