January 5, 2015 by Mr. 1500 Days 56 Comments

Hi there, Mrs. 1500 today after a long holiday hiatus. Our Christmas was good. We spent time at home with my side of the family, then packed up and headed west to visit with the Mister's side. One very long (10+ hours!) car trip got us to his parents house, where we ate too many cookies and received too many presents. Both girls wanted to open their 200-piece Hello Kitty … [Read more...] about Ask the Readers: What do you have planned for 2015?

They don't need the sweets, and that can start bad food relationships. But I did … [Read more...] about Ask the Readers: What is the best thing that happened to you in 2014?

Overall
Gains since 1/1/2013: $5,883,464
Net worth***: $6,869,507

* The big jump between 2019 and 2020 was partly because we bought another home, but kept the previous (much more expensive) one as a rental and started counting it as an investment. We have since sold it.

** Tesla.

*** Includes our primary home equity in addition to our investment portfolio.

Finally, we still have about $290,000 in mortgage debt (which I love!). No regrets about the debts!
